Hotel Beds to Lie Down For
One of the things I enjoy most about hotels in China is the firmness of the mattresses! The mattresses are consistently firm in every part of China where I have stayed, and the beds seem to be a little lower than what we would usually encounter in America. I have included a photo of one of the more moderate hotels I stayed in. The luggage got in the photo here, but you can see how low the beds are.
It is very common to have a throw across the foot of the bed. It’s attractive, and it can keep your feet a little warmer. There will usually be a nightstand with switches that control the room lights, so you can get into bed, and then turn out the lights.
What do you find interesting about the hotels in China? Let me know. I’d love to share some of the responses!
Beau!
